Official Netcup Account Registration & 0% VAT Exemption Workflow
1. Order Required for Account Creation: Netcup does not allow registering an empty account without an order. Select your desired plan (or redeem a product voucher in the shopping cart) and select 'Create a new account' during checkout.
2. Keep IP Address, Country & Phone Code Consistent: Do not use a VPN or proxy when ordering. Your network IP country, selected billing country, and phone number country code (e.g., +1 for US, +86 for China, +44 for UK) must match to pass automated security screening.
3. Address Formatting Rules: Make sure your street address includes a specific house or building number (e.g., '123 Main St' or 'No. 45'). Avoid using special characters other than periods (.) in the address fields to prevent form validation errors.
4. Automatic 0% VAT & Two-Email Approval Process: When a non-EU country is selected, Netcup automatically sets VAT to 0% (saving 19%). Orders placed during German business hours are typically reviewed within 1 hour. Once approved, you will receive Email #1 with your CCP (Customer Control Panel) login credentials and Email #2 with your PDF invoice. Log into CCP to pay via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/UnionPay), or SEPA, and your server will be provisioned immediately after payment.
